Dr Wesam Amer is a researcher, academic, commentator and  journalist based in Gaza, Palestine.
I am dean of faculty of communication and languages at Gaza University. 
My special expertise is in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and western media.
My principal academic research and professional interests lie in the field of language, media,
communication, discourse analysis and ideology and their relations with globalization and politics.  

I have excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality which relates easily to others, and enjoy working both with others and on my own. I am very keen to further my academic and professional experiences and to use my personal and academic skills in an environment where I can develop my abilities.
